In this tutorial, you will learn how to set the Top Scroller Section, please follow the given below steps: -
Step 1 => First, go to the Appearance > Customize > General > Top Scroller Section
Step 2 => Check the checkbox to display Top Scroller
Step 3 => Hit on Publish.
